U2 Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me Kill Me Chords

Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me Kill Me U2 Guitar Lesson Learn It In 5

Part of the Batman Forever soundtrack in 1995 this is one of my favourite U2 songs
With a E5 guitar riff driving the song. There’s a distinctive acoustic E D B G hook before moving to E D B F chords

The verse is just E G A chord progression
Chorus which I really like is B A F G chord progression

Simple but effective and another song which you can learn to play on guitar in less than 5 minutes

The Beatles - We Can Work It Out - Guitar Chord Cheat Sheet

The Beatles We Can Work It Out released as a double A Side with Day Tripper in 1965 and recorded during the Rubber Soul Album sessions

Co written by Lennon and McCartney with the upbeat “we can work it out” lyric by Paul and the more pessimistic line of “life is very short” by John

The almost waltz feel of the bridge section was George Harrison’s idea

Chords in this song are simple D Dsus4 C for the verse and chorus of G D G A.
But where things get really interesting are in the bridge and where The Beatles in my opinion influenced so many songwriters with Bm Bm/A G F#7sus4 F#7 then in waltz timing Bm Bm/A Bm/G Bm/F#

The Beatles Across The Universe Guitar Tab & Chord Cheat Sheet

The Beatles Across The Universe Guitar Tab & Chord Cheat Sheet

Credited to Lennon and McCartney but written by John Lennon

On a standard-tuned guitar (EADGBE) the song is played in the key of D; however, the recording was slowed electronically, resulting in a lower C# tuning to the ear. The verse beginning "Words are flowing out" (I (D) chord) is notable for a prolonged vi (Bm)–iii (F#m) to ii7 (Em7) minor drop to the dominant chord V7 (A7) on "across the universe" in the 4th bar. On the repeat of this chord sequence a turn following the ii7 (Em7) through a iv minor (Gm) brings the verse to a close before moving on directly to the tonic on the "Jai Guru Deva Om" refrain.

The Beatles Paperback Writer Guitar Tab Cheat Sheet

Paperback Writer - The Beatles Easy Guitar Lesson - Learn It In 5 Minutes (Guitar Tab & Chords)

Written primarily by Paul McCartney this is a really effective guitar riff derived from G with a two chord progression of G to C

The Beatles 1962 - 1966 Red Album Guitar tab book says to tune this one down one whole step. This would mean the riff is played in A. The chord progression being A to D

In the Paperback Writer video John Lennon can be seen quite clearly playing barre chords G and C on his Epiphone Casino
